I bought and had installed a Pacific Energy insert for my fireplace from Flameguard in January 2015. Just before this another well known company in Victoria had come to my place to see if they could install an insert but they said that it would be IMPOSSIBLE as the fireplace was much too narrow (house built in 1910). Andrew came out and said it was narrow but he could get the job done. He installed the insert and liner system, extended and re-tiled the ember pad tiles in front of the fireplace and checked with me after to see that it was working properly.
The following year when i was having a very hard time lighting a fire in the fireplace he came over and showed me how to do it properly, with smaller kindling.
I currently have him clean clean my fireplace each and every year and he does a great job on
that as well !!!! I highly recommend Andrew and Flameguard,
